Our Quality Policy
The basis of our quality policy is our credo: quality is not only the end, but also the most important means. Our products have to comply with all kinds of requirements, the legislation in force, regulations, consumer needs, and food safety rules. We strive to adapt the quality-centred approach and responsibility to everyday practice. In order to achieve this, we felt a need to introduce and apply the quality management system based on MSZ EN ISO 22000 and the IFS International Food Standard. We make sure that our employees work in compliance with the requirements concerning manufacturing methods, laws, hygiene and environmental protection, so that our products can be safely consumed at all times and also satisfy the needs of our customers. Our products are manufactured in well-defined circumstances and under continuous supervision. During the last production phase, our goods go through a metal detector before they are stored. Safe and legal production and delivery are ensured by the HACCP System.
We engage our colleagues taking part in the production process into discussions on what changes we should make to improve quality, and we then evaluate their remarks. Every person is accountable to the responsible operation of the system. We maintain close links with our customers, so we can constantly keep informed about their needs and expectations. In order to guarantee high quality day after day, we consider regular communication with our franchise partners at the appropriate levels, supervision of our suppliers and that of sub-contractors. Their involvement in the improvement process very important.The unchanged quality of our bakery products is guaranteed by the Pek-Snack trademark.
