IFS
We have been using the IFS.4 standard since 2005 and the IFS.5 standard since 26 March, 2006, which serve as a means to use uniform control methods regarding food safety and manufacturer quality. They can be applied to every food processing method that deals with agricultural products.
They are based on the principles of HACCP, and in addition to food safety, quality and consumer satisfaction, too, are priorities. Traceability of the manufactured bakery products is fundamental in this system. Not only do we intend to correct our mistakes on the basis of consumer feedback, but also produce such products with the help of this information that fully satisfy the needs of our customers.
